Do you baste your body with Salt? 5 reasons why you should be every night.

One WORD, MAGNESIUM, and most of us are lacking this little SPARK OF LIFE.

"Magnesium is required to give the “spark of life” to metabolic functions involving the creation of energy and its transport (ATP, the body’s fundamental energy currency), and the creation of proteins—the nucleic acid chemistry of life—RNA and DNA, in all known living organisms."

 Magnesium plays a number of roles in the body including regulating the activity of over 325 enzymes, reducing inflammation, helping muscle and nerve function and helping to prevent artery hardening. Sulfates help improve the absorption of nutrients, flush toxins and help ease migraine headaches.

A really great way to get some Magnesium is with Epson Salt baths. it is not actually salt but a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate.

 For a detoxifying bath, at least once weekly (I take one nightly-AMAZING!) add one cup of Epsom Salt, and a touch of Lavender Essential Oil  to the water in a bathtub and soak for 10-20 minutes.
