Yes that is me, unhappy, sick and tired (despite the smile) and not knowing how I got to that place!
At the age age of 32, overweight and unhealthy, I was diagnosed with Cancerous Melanoma. I received the diagnosis just 1 year after my Mom passed away suddenly, and 8 months before a heart attack took my Dad’s life as well.
This WTF? moment sparked a deep desire in me to to stop holding back and start living like I mean it!
At this point I was 100 lbs overweight , just diagnosed with cancer, my moms death still a total shock and all the while working at a very high stress job. I had no choice but to take the first steps of many down a path of deep healing and have never looked back.
What I learned on this journey transformed my mind, body and inner voice. – now it can help guide you to find your STRONG!
My wake-up calls encouraged me to make a total lifestyle upgrade inside and out. It taught me how to listen to my inner signals and for the first time I started learning simple healthy recipes I could make at home that keep me satisfied and nourished. Plus all of the workouts are simple can can be done in your living room. No Gym NEEDED!
Not only did I lose the fat, I lost all the health problems and the negative mindset that keeps you small, weak and sick!
